Leadership Live
Experience is an extraordinary concept. G&K HorseDream has been
providing hands-on programs for more than 10
years. In 2002 we complemented
those programs by extending our experience to management trainers
and coaches. The Leadership Live Experience suits those seeking to
enhance their current practice
with programs that emphasize conscious awareness and impact
behaviour change.
Why horses? Because horse-sense means common-sense.
Experience it yourself by
registering for our next Seminar.
Train the Trainer: You'll get the opportunity to work with a
powerful, proven concept under the guidance of a team who have
delivered the program to over 1500 participants. Our licensed
'HorseDream Partner' receive the benefit of being able to offer
the HorseDream brand
(see
partner workshops and
Partners).
It's about
developing your leadership consciousness. It's about true
willingness versus compliance.
Leadership isn't just
about getting people from one place to the other. Leadership is
about how we lead, how we are perceived, how we
are received - are we aware of our bodylanguage, our attitude and
our tone of voice. Our approach reflects those qualities,
the language a horse understands. A horse shows us what we truly
need to do to inspire and lead people.
It's about
understanding how to inspire people with the least amount of effort.
Everything means
something, nothing means nothing. Communication is more about how we
say it than what we say. A horse cares
nothing about your title or position only how much you care. Power
is not an option, earn the authority to lead and your effort is
rewarded.
It's about finding
comfort in being able to face each other with
trust and respect.
"Face to Face with
Horses" has an immediate impact on your awareness. The horse will
react to you exactly as you present yourself, reflecting
your leadership style, how it's perceived and received.
It's about creating
the desire to be partners.
Looking at communication
from another's perspective can initiate profound change in one day.
It's about focus;
acting and reacting with total awareness.
"Distance and Nearness"
helps people see the importance of connecting and creating bonds.
It's about the
importance of integrity and trust thru open, honest communication.
It's about team
spirit, it's about collaboration, joy and fun in your place of
business.
It's about experiencing success.
Through
a dynamic and interactive approach, our team program "To Reach a
Goal Together" has proven to be the most exciting learning for teams.
Learning with
horses is one of the most effective team building activities you'll
ever experience.

Personal Feedback
"Once again we'd both like to
thank-you for a wonderful experience. I've learnt something very precious
and I'm sure the value will grow daily as I remember
to apply it. Congratulations on a wonderful programme." (Paul
Hunting, England)
"Thank you so much for your and
Karin’s hospitality and opportunity to learn from you. The experiences were
rich and I left Germany feeling like I had truly gained two new friends and
a confidence being around horses. " (Larry Freeborg, Minnesota, USA)
"From the first evening, I knew
I had come across something (and '2 someones')
special. The facility and the Krebs’ lovely Friesians tell a story all by
themselves. For the first time in 2 years, I felt minimal anxiety as a
participant in the exercises. There were no expectations regarding what we
'should' think, and
especially, 'feel' or even
do--- and spoke at length about the importance of letting what will be—be,
without passing judgment, and often times, without even commenting. I felt
firsthand the role of both participant and trainer—and since our discussion
covered both aspects, I gained valuable insights that will enable me to be
empathetic to my own clients, as well as guide them through the experience
in a manner that will lead to their own self-discoveries as individuals and
groups." (Nikki
Kagan, Israel)
"I think I learnt a lot about my
behavioural patterns, now it's up to me to improve. I really liked the way
you handled it and of course the organization, impeccable!" (Sonia
Struggia, Italy)
"I cannot say how much our visit
and meeting with you meant to us – a world of difference. Even though we
were in the train home – we felt we were flying!" (Anne
Kühnell, Denmark)
"Back in
Barcelona I want to congratulate you both again for the success of the
conference and the seminar. It has been really a pleasure to meet you and to
get to know all the attending members." (Victoria Baras, Spain)
"Thank
you for the wonderful seminar. We are looking at incorporating lots of your
thoughts and exercises into our own trainings. It was
a very special event. We are both really looking forward to seeing you in
January." (David and Sharon Harris, England)
"Thanks
for everything you have done for me until now. Best regards to you, Karin and your great children and horses - of course.
Special thanks again and again from Renátá." (Czech
Republic)
"A couple of days went by since I have been
to Erbach and had this wonderful experience with You, your Horses
and the Team. I cannot stop thinking about the messages that they
and you gave me as food for thought! My
husband and I have started to plan our facility for the programmes
for the future and we gave ourselves one year to be able to start.
In the meantime we start the concept with our own horses."

Leadership & Horses.
"Horses allow us to
see leadership principles in a new light. During Leadership &
Horses™ the horse becomes a metaphor for how you are leading your
life and work. Just like people, horses respond to your leadership
style, providing you with honest and clear feedback about your
current strengths of leadership and areas for improvement. They
easily close the gap between where we say we are going and what we
are actually doing to get there. They gently encourage us into new
insights and new ways of interacting with others and ourselves."

ADVENTURES IN AWARENESS
The Purpose of ADVENTURES IN AWARENESS (AIA) is to develop awareness

including inter-species communication.
