HorseDream
is a German based global working company, founded in 1996 by Gerhard and Karin Krebs
at the Lake of Constance. In 1999 we relocated to the middle of Odenwald, a low mountain range near
Frankfurt. Since October 2008 we live and work at Gut Klein

With the assistance of our Friesian
horses, we offer a regular schedule of open programs, private
or corporate sessions can be booked at your convenience.

HorseDream has a certain meaning and is significant in education
market:
G&K HorseDream GmbH is pioneer in the field of Horse Assisted
Education, also known as Equine Guided Education.
In 1996 G&K HorseDream GmbH invented this special form of leadership
training and team building. After having practiced for 8 years in
Germany, the company started educating international trainers in
using the HorseDream model.
Since 2006 there are 50 international Licensed HorseDream Partners
(Europe, USA, Canada, Israel). G&K HorseDream GmbH is going on
licensing partners worldwide.
The name of this educational product HorseDream stands for two sides
of leadership, management, and personal development:
The Horse is a very present being, very real, living always in the
here and now. That makes people, working with horses in Horse
Assisted Seminars, learn about 100 % presence, responibility, self
assureness, awareness, and all what is necessary to develop
leadership skills.
But the Horse, with its historical and mystical background, is also
a Dream. It opens horizons, changes belief systems, empowers people
to step out of the box.
So HorseDream means exactly what is needed in modern business life:
reality and vision – both is fixed up in this name.
Our horses

|
Benny
Benny is an 19
years old Irish Cob, but he looks like a little, strong Friesian with
a white star.
And because he's been
living together with Friesian horses since 1994 when we got him,
he knows very well how to handle them. By the way, he is the fastest
of all our horses. |

|
Bosse
Bosse is a 21 years
old Friesian without certificate. He also has a white star on his
forhead.
We bought him in 1991
and since then he was carrying us, our children and a lot of seminar
participants - especially in an execise called "Chaos Management". |

|
Durk
Durk van de Weeme is a
seven years old Friesian from the Netherlands. He is the coolest of our
horses.
He is perfect in our
so called picadero exercises and of course in "Chaos Management".
Riding him through
the forest is like meditating. |

|
Goody
Goody's (6) original name is "Gueet", but that's very hard to pronounce, if you are not
from Belgium, where he stems from.
He has the fantastic
Friesian "Haerke 254" in his lineage and thus he sometimes shows
incredible movements - especially in the exercise "Meeting another I". |

Sir Piter
Sir Piter was eight
years old when he came to us in February 2006. He also has a
white star on his forhead and no Friesian certificate.
He chose us when we
already had decided on buying Durk. Don't forget to ask for his story,
when you are at one of our seminars or workshops! |

Leadership & Horses.
"Horses allow us to
see leadership principles in a new light. During Leadership &
Horses™ the horse becomes a metaphor for how you are leading your
life and work. Just like people, horses respond to your leadership
style, providing you with honest and clear feedback about your
current strengths of leadership and areas for improvement. They
easily close the gap between where we say we are going and what we
are actually doing to get there. They gently encourage us into new
insights and new ways of interacting with others and ourselves."

ADVENTURES IN AWARENESS
The Purpose of ADVENTURES IN AWARENESS (AIA) is to develop awareness
and expand consciousness while enhancing an individual's
self-confidence through work with horses. Horses are compassionate
teachers of basic life skills. During and AIA session, participants
learn principles of responsibility, relationships and communication
including inter-species communication.
